Special educational needs and disabilities - How the school enables Special education needs students to engage in the activities of the school
We do not see Special educational needs or disabilities as a barrier to accessing the full curriculum and ensure that all students, with or without special educational needs and/or disabilities, are fully included in all activities in order to promote the highest levels of achievement for all. For example, where a student has a physical disability, this is incorporated into the planning for PE lessons with adaptation made in terms of physical expectations and support needed to complete the activities. We are prepared to seek advice, resources, equipment and training when needed in order to provide quality-learning experiences for our students.
